2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there have been methods and molds for press-molding interior materials such as vehicle interior materials, such as floor carpets, to correspond to a desired floor shape. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, this mold 1 consists of a lower mold 2 and an upper mold 3. Concave portions 4, 4 are formed on both sides of the lower mold 2, and a floor is formed in the center. Convex portions 5 are formed corresponding to the shape, and convex portions 6, 6 that can fit into the concave portions 4, 4 are provided on both sides of the upper die 3.
A concave portion 7 into which the convex portion 5 of the lower mold 2 can fit is formed in the center. Furthermore, mold matching parts 2a and 3a are formed between the lower mold 2 and the upper mold 3, respectively.

However, when molding the floor carpet 12 as an interior material using the conventional mold 1,
An original fabric 11 of the floor carpet is pressed between the edge 2b of the lower mold 2 on the side of the mold matching part 2a and the outer edge 3b of the tips of the convex parts 6, 6 of the upper mold 3. ,
The original fabric 11 of the floor carpet is placed in the concave portion 4 of the lower mold 2.
There is a risk that the backing material 15 on the back side of the original fabric 11 of the floor carpet may be damaged or scraped off during the molding process, and the sound insulation and shape retention properties of the floor carpet 12 after molding may be affected. In addition, it has the drawback that the fibers of the carpet layer 14 on the surface side may come off or be damaged, and various troubles are likely to occur, work efficiency may deteriorate, and cushioning properties and appearance may also deteriorate. The above is the configuration of one embodiment of the mold for interior materials, etc. according to the present invention. According to such a configuration, an appropriate tension is applied to the interior materials, etc., so that the interior materials, etc. fit into the concave portion of the mold. By coming into contact with the coil spring or rotating ring of the rotating member formed at the edge of the mold when being press-inserted, the coil spring or rotating ring of the rotating member can be press-inserted into the recess while rotating. Because of this, it is possible to significantly reduce the contact resistance that occurs when it comes into contact with the edge of the mold, and there is no risk of damaging or scraping the interior material, etc., and there is no risk of damaging various functions as the interior material. There is no leakage, work efficiency can be significantly improved, and interior materials etc. with excellent appearance can be obtained.
