視図、第４図は第３図に示す多層印刷配線板の抵
抗成分を示す電気的等価回路図。 １ａ，１ｂ，５はそれぞれ絶縁層、７ａ，７ｂ
，７ｃ及び８ａ，８ｂ，８ｃはそれぞれＩＣ、９
ａ，９ｂはそれぞれコネクタ、１８は超電導体を
用いた電源供給層、１９は超電導体を用いた接地
層。なお、各図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を
示すものとする。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 素材に超電導体を用いて形成された電源供給層
と、素材に超電導体を用いて形成された接地層と
、この接地層と上記電源供給層とを互いに絶縁す
る絶縁層とを有し、 表面にコネクタ及び電子部品を実装して上記コ
ネクタを通じて外部から電源の供給をうけ上記電
源供給層を通じて上記電子部品に電源を供給し、 電子部品の接地は上記接地層を通じて行うこと
を特徴とする多層印刷配線板。
