Claims (1)
- 所定の反射率を有する反射体に対向して配置さ
れた、照明光を照射する手段と、前記反射体を撮
像し、前記反射体の方位角を出力する手段とを備
えた反射体の位置検出装置において、前記の照明
光を照射する手段として、レーザダイオードと、
このレーザダイオードの光出力軸上に配置される
コリメータレンズと、このコリメータレンズの光
射出側に配置されるレンズアレイと、このレンズ
アレイの光射出側に配置される投影レンズとから
構成されることを特徴とする反射体の位置検出装
置。
