Claims (1)
- 圧電性基板の伝播軸方向に同一の電極ピツチを
もつアポダイズド型入力トランスジユーサと正規
型の出力トランスジユーサとが並設された弾性表
面波フイルタに於いて、前記入力トランスジユー
サの最後端から前記出力トランスジユーサの最前
端までの距離を上記電極ピツチの自然数倍になる
ように選定したことを特徴とする弾性表面波フイ
ルタ。
