Claims (1)
- 実装基板の回路動作を検査する装置の基台上に
固定的に定置される治具であつて、治具本体とし
ての検査される実装基板と同じ既製の非実装基板
の所定の孔の位置に、支柱がその脚体を治具本体
の下面に突出させて立設固装されると共に、該支
柱における支柱体の中心縦孔内には、スリーブと
該スリーブ内に弾装のスプリングを介して進退可
能に連結されたプローブピンを有し、かつ前記検
査装置と電気的接続される検査用ピンにおける前
記スリーブが同心状に挿着された構成を特徴とす
る実装基板検査用の基板受け治具。
