第１図はこの考案の実施例であるスイツチング
レギユレータの回路図を示し、第２図Ａ，Ｂは通
常時、負荷短絡時の抵抗Ｒ４の電圧降下の変化を
示す図である。また第３図は従来のスイツチング
レギユレータの回路図、第４図Ａ，Ｂは通常時、
負荷短絡時の抵抗Ｒ４の電圧降下の変化を示して
いる。 Ｑ１―スイツチングトランジスタ、Ｑ３―過電
流制御トランジスタ、Ｒ３―第１の抵抗、Ｒ４―
第２の抵抗、ＦＲＤ―フライホイルダイオード、
Ｌ―インダクタンス、Ｃ―平滑コンデンサ。
レギユレータの回路図を示し、第２図Ａ，Ｂは通
常時、負荷短絡時の抵抗Ｒ４の電圧降下の変化を
示す図である。また第３図は従来のスイツチング
レギユレータの回路図、第４図Ａ，Ｂは通常時、
負荷短絡時の抵抗Ｒ４の電圧降下の変化を示して
いる。 Ｑ１―スイツチングトランジスタ、Ｑ３―過電
流制御トランジスタ、Ｒ３―第１の抵抗、Ｒ４―
第２の抵抗、ＦＲＤ―フライホイルダイオード、
Ｌ―インダクタンス、Ｃ―平滑コンデンサ。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スイツチングトランジスタの出力側にフライホ
イルダイオードとＬＣ平滑回路が接続され、且つ
定電圧回路を備えるスイツチングレギユレータに
おいて、 前記フライホイルダイオードに直列接続された
第１の抵抗と、 電源ラインに直列接続された第２の抵抗と、 前記第１の抵抗の降下電圧と前記第２の抵抗の
降下電圧の和がベース、エミツタ間に印加され、
オンすることによつて前記スイツチングトランジ
スタのオフ信号を出力する過電流制御トランジス
タと、 を備えてなるスイツチングレギユレータ。
