Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直列制御方式の電源回路において、 制御トランジスタを共有し、ベース側に接続す
る基準電圧を設定するツエナーダイオードを直列
に二段使用し、片方の前記ツエナーダイオードに
トランジスタを接続し、コントロール信号で制御
することにより、接続したトランジスタがＯＮの
時は、制御されていないツエナーダイオードに対
応した電圧が出力され、トランジスタＯＦＦでは
、二段のツエナーダイオードを加算した電圧を出
力することを特徴とする電源回路。
