第１図は本考案に係るひずみ抵抗を利用したト
ランスジユーサの基本説明縦断面図、第２図は第
１図のＡ−Ａ矢視図、第３図はプレートに貼付さ
れたひずみ抵抗素子にひずみが発生するとこを説
明しているひずみ発生説明図、該４図は本考案に
係るひずみ抵抗を利用したトランスジユーサの駆
動回路の一実施例構成、第５図は第４図の出力特
性図、第６図は本考案に係るひずみ抵抗を利用し
たトランスジユーサの一実施例構成の縦断面図を
示している。 図中、１はシヤフト、２は第１の固定部材、３
は第２の固定部材、４，５はプレート、６，７は
溝、８ないし１１はひずみ抵抗素子、１６はハウ
ジング、１９はエンドキヤツプ、２０はステツク
、２６はノブ、２７はパツキン、２８はワツシヤ
、２９はナツト、３０は取付け板を表わしている
。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シヤフトと、 該シヤフトの両端をそれぞれ固定する第１及び
第２の固定部材と、 該シヤフトと平行で、第１及び第２の固定部材
間に、直角をなすＸ軸、Ｙ軸方向にそれぞれ配設
された２枚のプレートと、 該２枚の各プレートの両面に貼付されたひずみ
抵抗素子 とを備え、 該２枚のプレートは、第１の固定部材に一端が
それぞれ固定されると共に、Ｘ軸方向に配設され
たプレートの他端及びＹ軸方向に配設されたプレ
ートの他端は、第２の固定部材に穿設されたＸ軸
方向にプレートが移動可能な溝及びＹ軸方向にプ
レートが移動可能な溝にそれぞれ嵌め込まれてな
ることを特徴とするひずみ抵抗を利用したトラン
スジユーサ。
