Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガラス板表面に一対のマスキングカラーを
    離間して形成し、これらマスキングカラーの表面
    にその端聞がはみ出すことがないようにブスバー
    を形成し、これらブスバー間を導電性薄膜にて接
    続し、更に前記マスキングカラーの導電性薄膜が
    重ねて形成される端部の形状を、端部から１mmの
    幅の部分においてはガラス板表面に対し１５°以
    下の傾斜角としたことを特徴とする導電性薄膜を
    形成したガラス板。 (2) 前記導電性薄膜は良導電性の酸化金属層と
    金属層との積層体であることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の導電性薄膜を形成
    したガラス板。
