音波式距離測定器のブロツク図、第２図ａ〜ｄは
、距離測定に使用される各種信号の波形とタイミ
ングとを示す線図、第３図はオープン状態検出の
為の回路の１例を示す回路図、第４図ａ〜ｄは、
オープン状態検出に使用される各種信号の波形と
タイミングとを示す線図、第５図はシヨート状態
検出の為の回路の１例を示す回路図、第６図ａ〜
ｂは、シヨート状態検出に使用される各種信号の
波形とタイミングとを示す線図、第７図は本考案
の超音波式距離測定器の故障検出装置の作用を示
すフローチヤートである。 １：送信器、２：目的物、３：受信器、４：超
音波発振回路、５：主発振回路、６：ゲート回路
、７：判別回路、８：送信回路、９：受信回路、
１０：増幅回路、１１：判別回路、１７：波形整
形回路、１３：距離カウンタ、１４：距離計測用
発振回路、１５：比較回路、１６：判定用信号発
振回路、１７：故障判定回路、１８：発振用集積
回路、１９：抵抗、２０，２１：端子、２２：増
幅用集積回路、２３：出力端子、２４：トランジ

幅用集積回路、２３：出力端子、２４：トランジ

Claims (1)
- 送信器から送信され、目標物で反射した超音波
を受信器で受信し、送信の瞬間から受信の瞬間迄
の時間に基づいて目標物迄の距離を求める、超音
波式距離測定装置の受信器の故障検出を行なう、
超音波式距離測定器の故障検出装置であつて、受
信器が反射超音波の受信を行なつていない間に、
この受信器に設けた１対の端子の一方に判定用信
号を送る判定用信号発振回路と、この判定用信号
が受信器を通過して上記１対の端子の他方から送
り出される通過信号を受けて、受信器の導通状態
を検出し、受信器の故障の有無を判定する故障判
定回路とから成る、超音波式距離測定器の故障検
出装置。
