導体装置において、パツケージ上面部に該半導体
装置の実装時における方向を検知するために光学
的に識別できる局部的部分を備えたことを特徴と
するシングルインライン型半導体装置。 (2) 光学的に識別できる局部的部分が凹みであ
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載のシングルインライン型半導体装置。 (3) 光学的に識別できる局部的部分が鏡面状で
あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載のシングルインライン型半導体装置。 (4) 光学的に識別できる局部的部分が梨地状で
あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
