- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 透明ガラス基板上に設けられた透明電極層、 該透明電極層上の端縁部の一部分に設けられた
絶縁体層、 該透明電極層上の一部分に設けられ、且つその
一部が前記絶縁体層上に位置する銀ペーストから
成る補助電極層、 該透明電極層上に設けられ、且つ前記絶縁体層
を除いて補助電極層を被覆する様に位置するエレ
クトロルミネセンス発光層、 前記発光層全面を被覆する様に設けられた誘電
体層、 前記誘電体層上に位置し、その一部分が前記絶
縁体層上に延びており、且つ該絶縁体層上に延び
ている部分は、該絶縁体層上に位置している補助
電極層とは離隔している背面電極層、 前記各層を完全に被覆するように設けられてい
るエチレン―酢酸ビニル共重合体層、 前記エチレン―酢酸ビニル共重合体層上の全面
に設けられている金属箔層、 から成るエレクトロルミネセンス発光構造体に
おいて、 前記補助電極層は、エレクトロルミネセンス発
光層の端縁部分に位置しており、前記絶縁体層上
に位置する補助電極層及び背面電極層には、被覆
電線がそれぞれハンダ接合されていることを特徴
とする発光構造体。
