Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 少なくとも圧電振動子を発振させる機能を有し
    た半導体素子が固着されたダイパツドがダイパツ
    ド下げ加工されており、前記半導体素子とボンデ
    イング接続された複数のリード端子の内の圧電振
    動子接続用リード端子に接続固着された圧電振動
    子と共に樹脂によりパツケージングされており、
    前記圧電振動子は、前記半導体素子と前記ダイパ
    ツドを介して反対側に位置し、前記ダイパツドに
    接触していることを特徴とする圧電発振器。
