Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 先端に駆動デイスクを固着した回転軸体上
に軸受を介して支承され、且つ外周に冷却フアン
を取付けたカバーとケースとからなる密封器匣の
内部を、油の流出調整孔を有する仕切板により油
溜り室と前記駆動デイスクを内装するトルク伝達
室とに区劃し、回転時の油の集溜する駆動デイス
クの外周壁部に対向する密封器匣側の内周壁面の
一部にダムと、これに連つてトルク伝達室側より
油溜り室側に通ずる循環流通路を形成すると共に
、外部周囲の温度が設定値を越えると前記仕切板
の流出調整孔を開放し、設定値以下では閉鎖する
弁部材を前記カバーの前面に設けた感温体の温度
変化に伴う変形に連動するように内部に備え、駆
動デイスクと前記ケース及びカバーとの外方附近
の対向壁面に設けたトルク伝達間隙部での油の有
効接触面積を増減させて、回転軸体側から被駆動
側の密封器匣側へのトルク伝達を制御するように
して成るフアン・カツプリング装置において、前
記密封器匣側のダム１２より径方向の外方に位置
してトルク伝達室４に流通間隙１４′を介して連
通するアイドル油溜り室１４を備えると共に、ア
イドル油溜り室１４を形成する環状隔壁１６部に
少なくとも１つの該アイドル油溜り室への連通孔
１６′を貫設し、更に前記仕切板５に停止時のみ
油溜り室６とトルク伝達室４とに油の流通する貫
孔５″を有して構成したことを特徴とする温度感
応型流体式フアン・カツプリング装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
前記流通間隙１４′および連通孔１６′の軸方向
の外方側壁はトルク伝達室４においてケース２と
カバー３の外周附近における内側面と略同一平面
に形成したことを特徴とする温度感応型流体式フ
アン・カツプリング装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
前記流通間隙１４′及び連通孔１６′は外方又は
内方にテーパ面１４″，１４，１６″，１６
を有することを特徴とする温度感応型流体式フア
ン・カツプリング装置。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
前記流通間隙１４′と連通孔１６′の幅は、駆動
デイスク７の外側面と、ケース２の内側面及びカ
バー３の内側面の間隔より大として構成したこと
を特徴とする温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリ
ング装置。
