Claims (1)
- 先端に駆動デイスクを固着した回転軸体上に軸
受を介して支承され、且つ外周に冷却フアンを取
付けたカバーとケースとからなる密封器匣の内部
を、油の流出調整孔を有する仕切板により油溜り
室と前記駆動デイスクを内装するトルク伝達室と
に区劃し、回転時の油の集溜する駆動デイスクの
外周壁部と対向する密封器匣側の内周壁面の一部
にダムと、これに連つてトルク伝達室側より油溜
り室側に通ずる循環流通路を形成すると共に、外
部周囲の温度が設定値を越えると前記仕切板の流
出調整孔を開放し、設定値以下では閉鎖する弁部
材を前記カバーの前面に設けた感温体の温度変化
に伴う変形に連動するように内部に備え、駆動デ
イスクと前記ケース及びカバーとの外方附近の対
向壁面に設けたトルク伝達間隙部での油の有効接
触面積を増減させて、回転軸体側から被駆動側の
密封器匣側へのトルク伝達を制御するようにして
成るフアン・カツプリング装置において、前記密
封器匣側のダム１２より径方向の外方に位置して
トルク伝達室４に通ずる流通間隙１４′に連る環
状のアイドル油溜り室１４を備えると共に、前記
ダム１２附近の流入口１３′部に近傍して堰１６
を設け、更に前記仕切板５に停止時のみ油溜り室
６とトルク伝達室４とに油の流通する貫孔５″を
有して構成したことを特徴とする温度感応型流体
式フアン・カツプリング装置。
