Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 先端に駆動デイスクを固着した回転軸体上
に軸受を介して支承され、且つ外周に冷却フアン
を取付けたカバーとケースとからなる密封器匣の
内部を、油の流出調整孔を有する仕切板によつて
油溜り室と前記駆動デイスクを内装するトルク伝
達室とに区劃し、回転時の油の集溜する駆動デイ
スクの外周壁面に対向する密封器匣側の内周壁面
の一部にダムと、これに連つてトルク伝達室側か
ら油溜り室側に通ずる循環流通路を形成すると共
に、油溜り室側に位置してその一端を仕切板上に
固定し、その他端側で外部周囲の温度が設定値を
越えると前記仕切板の流出調整孔を開放し、設定
値以下では閉鎖する弁部材を、前記カバーの前面
に設けた感温体の温度変化に伴う変形に連動する
ように内部に備え、駆動デイスクとなす前記ケー
ス及びカバーとの外方附近の対向壁面に設けたト
ルク伝達間隙部での油の有効接触面積を増減させ
て駆動側の回転軸体側から被駆動側の密封器匣側
へのトルク伝達を制御するようにしてなるフアン
・カツプリング装置において、前記流出調整孔５
′部に対向する弁部材８側に流出調整孔５′の孔
周端縁部より大きい寸法の平坦底面を有する突出
部１４を設けたことを特徴とする温度感応型流体
式フアン・カツプリング装置。 (2) 請求項１記載において、前記突出部１４は
弁部材８をプレス加工して形成したことを特徴と
する温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリング装置
。 (3) 請求項１記載において、前記突出部１４は
別体の栓体を弁部材８に固定して構成したことを
特徴とする温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリン
グ装置。 (4) 請求項１記載において、前記突出部１４の
底面にシール部材１５を取付けて構成したことを
特徴とする温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリン
グ装置。 (5) 請求項３記載において、前記栓体をシール
部材１５により構成したことを特徴とする温度感
応型流体式フアン・カツプリング装置。
