Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 照明用光源を備えたアームと、このアーム
    の軸線に対して直角に配置されかつ内部に対物レ
    ンズ、前記照明用光源からの照明光を対物レンズ
    へ導くビームスプリツタ、ノマルスキー・プリズ
    ムおよびこのノマルスキー・プリズムを微動変位
    させるプリズム微動装置を備えた鏡筒とを含み構
    成された微分干渉顕微鏡において、 前記プリズム微動装置を、前記ビームスプリツ
    タと対物レンズとの間の鏡筒に前記アームおよび
    鏡筒の軸線に対して直角に形成された収納溝と、
    この収納溝内に配置された基台と、この基台に前
    記鏡筒の軸線に対して直交する面内で前記アーム
    の軸線に対して交差する方向へ移動自在に設けら
    れ前記ノマルスキー・プリズムを有する摺動台と
    、前記基台に前記アームおよび鏡筒の軸線に対し
    て直交する方向へ微動変位可能に設けられた微動
    部材と、この微動部材の変位を摺動台の移動に変
    換する変換機構とを含んで構成した、 ことを特徴とする微分干渉顕微鏡。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
    前記変換機構は、前記基台に設けられた軸と、こ
    の軸を中心として前記鏡筒の軸線に対して直交す
    る面内で回動自在に設けられかつ一端が前記摺動
    台に摺動自在に係合するとともに他端が前記微動
    部材に係合したレバーとから構成されていること
    を特徴とする微分干渉顕微鏡。
