Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 下端及び上端に開口する液体吸い上げ用穴
を軸方向に有する軸体に、複数枚の環状圧電素子
を締め付け手段で締め付け一体化してなる超音波
ポンプを備え、さらに超音波を反射する円環状又
は鉢状剛体を前記軸体の下端部に一定間隔で対向
させて配置したことを特徴とする超音波吸水装置
。 (2) 下端及び上端に開口する液体吸い上げ用穴
を軸方向に有する軸体に、複数枚の環状圧電素子
を締め付け手段で締め付け一体化してなる超音波
ポンプを備え、前記軸体の上部に霧化用ホーン部
及び円板状部を形成し、さらに超音波を反射する
円環状又は鉢状剛体を前記軸体の下端部に一定間
隔で対向させて配置したことを特徴とする超音波
吸水霧化装置。 (3) 前記軸体の下端部に円錐状部が形成されて
いる請求項２記載の超音波吸水霧化装置。
