Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アルカリ鹸化剤を用いた鹸化槽と、第１洗浄槽
    と、第２洗浄槽と、乾燥槽からなる洗浄装置にお
    いて、前記第１洗浄槽の洗浄剤である純水は、外
    部から定期的に定量補充し、前記補充された純水
    の量を、前記第１洗浄槽から流出させることによ
    り、物理的、及び化学的汚れを取り除き、前記第
    ２洗浄槽の純水は前記第２洗浄槽で使用された後
    、濾過器によつて物理的、及び化学的な汚れを取
    り除く構造を有することを特徴とする洗浄装置。
