第１図は、この考案の一実施例を示す赤外線検
出装置の断面図、第２図は従来の赤外線検出装置
を示す断面図である。 図において１は赤外線検出器、２はホルダ、３
は防振器、４は赤外線検知素子、５はノズル、６
は第１のパイプ、７は断熱糸、８は円柱体、９は
第２のパイプ、１０は噴流、１１は第１の保持器
、１２は第２の保持器である。なお、図中同一符
号は、同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 赤外線検知素子を内部に搭載する二重円筒構造
をした赤外線検出器と、上記赤外線検出器に搭載
される赤外線検知素子を極低温に冷却するための
冷却装置、および、上記赤外線検出器を保持する
ためのホルダ及び防振器からなる赤外線検出装置
において、上記ある一定のバネ定数をもつた防振
器によつて保持される部分の質量を変化させるこ
とにより、赤外線検出装置の固有振動数を任意に
設定できる構造を持つことを特徴とする赤外線検
出装置。
