Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧力空気源に接続される給気室と、出力通路に
接続される出力室と、大気に開放された排気室と
、前記給気室を出力室に連通する給気孔の給気室
側に設けられた弁座と、該弁座に着座するように
ばね付勢された給気弁と、該給気弁にその先端が
対向して前記給気孔に遊嵌すると共にその先端に
一方が開口し他方が前記排気室に開口する排気孔
を有する排気弁棒と、外縁を弁本体内側に固定さ
れた制御ピストン膜板の中央部が制御ピストン本
体部に固定され指令空気圧を受けて前記排気弁棒
を給気弁方向へ移動させる指令力を発生する制御
ピストンと、外縁を弁本体内側に固定された釣合
ピストン膜板の中央部が釣合ピストン本体部の周
囲に固定され前記出力室の空気圧を受けて前記指
令力に対抗する釣合力を発生する釣合ピストンと
、を備えた鉄道車両用圧力制御弁において、 前記給気室と給気孔と弁座と給気弁とを中間体
に設け、該中間体を前記排気弁棒の移動方向に移
動するようにかつ任意の移動位置に固定できるよ
うに設け、 前記両ピストンの少なくとも一方のピストンの
前記空気圧を受ける側の反対側を前記空気圧の最
低値以下の低圧とし、該ピストンのピストン本体
部の低圧側の周囲にその移動方向に沿う複数の第
1フインを同ピストンの膜板に端縁を対向させて
配列固定し、該第1フインの間に夫々位置する複
数の第2フインを弁本体内側に配列固定して、第
1フインの膜板側の端縁を結ぶ第1面と第2フイ
ンの膜板側の端縁を結ぶ第2面とが互いに交差す
るようにした、 ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用圧力制御弁。
