Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧力空気源に接続される給気室と、出力通路に
    接続される出力室と、大気に開放された排気室と
    、前記給気室を出力室に連通する給気孔の給気室
    側に設けられた弁座と、該弁座に着座するように
    ばね付勢された給気弁と、該給気弁にその先端が
    対向して前記給気孔に遊嵌すると共にその先端に
    一方が開口し他方が前記排気室に開口する排気孔
    を有する排気弁棒と、外縁を弁本体内側に固定さ
    れた制御ピストン膜板の中央部が制御ピストン本
    体部に固定され指令空気圧を受けて前記排気弁棒
    を給気弁方向へ移動させる指令力を発生する制御
    ピストンと、外縁を弁本体内側に固定された釣合
    ピストン膜板の中央部が釣合ピストン本体部の周
    囲に固定され前記出力室の空気圧を受けて前記指
    令力に対抗する釣合力を発生する釣合ピストンと
    、 前記給気室と給気孔と弁座と給気弁とを設けら
    れた中間体と、その中間体を前記排気弁棒の移動
    方向に移動するようにかつ任意の移動位置に固定
    できるように設けた位置調節手段と、前記両ピス
    トンの少なくとも一方のピストンの前記空気圧を
    受ける側の反対側を前記空気圧の最低値以下の低
    圧とし、そのピストンのピストン本体部の低圧側
    の周囲にその移動方向に沿い同ピストンの膜板に
    端縁を対向させて配列固定された複数の第1フイ
    ンと、その第1フインの間に夫々位置するように
    弁本体内側に配列された複数の第2フインとを備
    え、第1フインの膜板側の端縁を結ぶ第1面と第
    2フインの膜板側端縁を結ぶ第2面とが互いに交
    差するようにした鉄道車両用応荷重弁において、 一端が上記釣合ピストン側に当接しており、他
    端が上記制御ピストンの中心部を貫通して設けら
    れている第1ばね受を介して上記弁本体側に支持
    された第1ばねと、一端が上記釣合ピストン側に
    他端が第2ばね受を介して上記制御ピストン側に
    夫々支持された第2ばねと、第1ばねによる作用
    力を調整するように第1ばね受と上記弁本体側と
    の間に設けられた第1ばね調整手段と、第2ばね
    による作用力を調整するように第2ばね受と上記
    制御ピストン側との間に設けられた第2ばね調整
    手段と、 を設けたことを特徴とする鉄道車両用応荷重弁
