第１図は厚膜回路基板を示す斜視図、第２図は第
１図に示したものの断面図、第３図は厚膜抵抗パ
ターンの印刷を示す断面図、第４図は抵抗層印刷
用スクリーンを示す平面図、第５図〜第８図は従
来の例を示す図であり、第１図〜第４図に各々対
応するものを示している。 図において、１は基板、２は導体第１層パター
ン、３はクロスオーバー部、４，１０は厚膜抵抗
パターン、５は乳剤、６，１２はメツシユパター
ン、７，１１は抵抗層印刷用スクリーン、８は厚
膜抵抗ペースト、９はスキージである。なお、各
図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
第１図は厚膜回路基板を示す斜視図、第２図は第

Claims (1)
- 導体第１層回路パターンと、この導体第１層回
路パターンに重ねて形成された絶縁ガラスパター
ンと、この絶縁ガラスパターンにさらに重ねて形
成された導体第２層回路パターンとで構成される
クロスオーバー部を有し、このクロスオーバー部
の近傍に前記導体第１層回路パターンと同時に所
定の間隔で形成された２つの導体第１層電極パタ
ーンとこの２つの導体第１層電極パターンを両電
極として形成された厚膜抵抗パターンを有し、前
記クロスオーバー部の絶縁ガラスパターン並びに
導体第２層回路パターンが前記の厚膜抵抗パター
ンと同時に形成された別の厚膜抵抗パターンで覆
われていることを特徴とする厚膜回路基板。
