Claims (1)
- 基板面に、所定の間隔で平行に形成された第１
及び第２の厚膜導体電極パターンと、前記第１の
厚膜導体電極パターンから第２の厚膜導体電極パ
ターンにかけて形成された方形の厚膜抵抗パター
ンと、前記第１の厚膜導体電極パターンの一端部
から前記の厚膜抵抗パターンと平行に、第２の厚
膜導体電極パターンと近接した位置までにかけて
形成された第１の厚膜導体パターンと、前記第１
の厚膜導体電極パターンの一端部とは対角に位置
する第２の厚膜導体電極の一端部から第２の厚膜
導体電極パターンと近接した位置までにかけて形
成された前記の厚膜導体パターンと全く同様な第
２の厚膜導体パターンとで構成されていることを
特徴とする厚膜抵抗体。
