Claims (1)
- 第１及び第２の板状部材のそれぞれの片側の端
面を第３の板状部材の両側の端面にそれぞれ突き
合わせ、突き合わせ線に沿つて溶接トーチを移動
させて溶接する板継ぎ溶接装置において、１対の
基準ピンに当接した前記第１の板状部材の片側の
端面に前記第３及び第２の板状部材を順次突き合
わせる押圧手段と、該突き合わせ部において前記
第１、第３の板状部材及び第３、第２の板状部材
をそれぞれ同時に固定する第１及び第２の固定手
段と、該第２の固定手段に第１のスライダを介し
て進退及び回動可能に取り付けられ、両端に前記
第３及び第２の板状部材の突き合わせ部のいずれ
か一方の端面に当接する１対のローラが設けられ
た揺動アームと、該揺動アームの上面に固定され
前記１対のローラの中心線に平行なガイドレール
と、該ガイドレールに案内されて移動する第２の
スライダに取り付けられた第２の溶接トーチと、
前記第１及び第３の板状部材の突き合わせ線に沿
つて移動する第１の溶接トーチとを具備し、前記
第２の溶接トーチを前記第３及び第２の板状部材
の突き合わせ線に沿つて移動可能としたことを特
徴とする板継ぎ溶接装置。
