  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 検査対象のＬＳＩ（以下単にＤＵＴと言う）に
    各種電気信号を加える手段１５，１６と、このＤ
    ＵＴに加える電気信号を出力するとともにＤＵＴ
    からの信号を測定する計測モジユール２１，２２
    ，…と、を一体化した第１のセツト２と、 ＬＳＩテストシステム全体の制御を行うコント
    ローラ６と、このコントローラから信号を導入し
    接続された前記計測モジユールがコントローラか
    ら指令された値の信号を出力し指令された測定レ
    ンジとなるような制御信号を出力するモジユール
    コントローラと、を一体化した第２のセツト１と
    、 第１のセツトと第２のセツトとを接続する光フ
    アイバーケーブル１０と、 を備えたことを特徴するＬＳＩテスタ。
