に示すＸ・Ｘにおける断面図である。 図中、１ａ，１ｂはくぼみ型リング、２ａ，２
ｂは突型リング、３ａ，３ｂはパンチングプレー
ト、４ａ，４ｂは保持ピン、５はＧａＡｓウエハ
、６ａ，６ｂは外枠Ａ、７ａ，７ｂは外枠Ｂ、８
はカセツトケース、９ａ，９ｂはウエハ洗浄ケー
スである。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相
当部分を示す。

- 半導体のウエハ両面に上記ウエハを保持する保
持ピンを配置し、上記保持ピンをかん合させるリ
ングとパンチングプレートから成る外枠を有する
ことを特徴とするウエハ洗浄ケース。
