- トランジスタ、混成集積回路等の半導体素子を
収納するキヤツプと、前記キヤツプに設けた半導
体素子の電気端子と、前記キヤツプの蓋を形成し
且つ前記キヤツプの幅より広い幅を有する金属製
基台と、前記金属製基台に設けられ且つ前記キヤ
ツプの周囲よりも大きな水密用のリング溝とを有
することを特徴とする水密型半導体パツケージ。
