- 半導体基板に不純物の注入処理を行なうイオン
注入処理時にウエハーを保持する為のイオン注入
装置用ウエハーホルダーにおいて、一端が前記ウ
エハーホルダーの裏面に接して取付けられ、他端
が真空室外にあるヒートパイプを備えたことを特
徴とするイオン注入装置用ウエハーホルダー。
