第１図は本考案にかかる押出しシリンダー装置
の一実施例についての概略の断面図であり、第２
図は、その動作時におけるＯ−リングの離脱を示
す部分的説明図である。 図中の符号については、１は液体押出し装置、
２はフレーム、３はフレームの天井部、４はフレ
ームの底部、５はフレームの支柱、６は円筒形の
シリンダー容器、７はシリンダー容器の側壁部、
８はシリンダー容器の底部に設けられたスラリー
取出口、９はスラリー、１０は開閉バルブ、１１
は外部配管、１２は上部開口、１３はピストンプ
レート、１４は作動杆、１５は油圧又は空気圧シ
リンダー、１６は開閉バルブ、１７はピストンプ
レートに設けられた貫通孔、１８はシリンダー容
器の内壁面、１９はＯ−リング、２０はピストン
プレートのテーパー部、２１はスラリー液面、２
２はピストンプレートの鍔部、２３は間隙、２４
はテーパー部の下方部分、２５はピストンプレー
トの外周端部である。

Claims (1)
- 支持体に固定されている往復動装置と、支持体
の下方に位置し、底部に取出口を有し、上部が開
口しているシリンダー容器と、前記往復動装置の
作動部に一端が連結し、他端が前記開口から前記
シリンダー容器内に取り出し可能に装着されてい
る連接棒と、該連接棒のシリンダー容器側にシリ
ンダー容器に対して遊挿可能に取り付けられ、下
方に先細に形成され、上下方向に貫通孔が形成さ
れている逆円錐台状部を有するピストンプレート
と、該貫通孔に開閉弁を介して気体供給源に接続
している気体流路と、前記ピストンプレートの逆
円錐部下部外径より少なくとも大きい内径を有し
、シリンダー容器の内壁面に全周が液密に接触可
能の外径を有し、かつシリンダー容器内に入れら
れるスラリーより小さい比重を有し、ピストンプ
レートに対し着脱可能に備えられているＯ−リン
グ部材を具備していることを特徴とする液状流体
押出し装置。
