Claims (1)
- 圧延材が発する自発光を板幅端上部に設置した
カメラで撮像し、カメラからの画像データを処理
して圧延材のエツジ位置を求め、これを基に圧延
材の蛇行量を検出する装置において、輝度変化に
変換された画像データのソーテイング方向を、圧
延材の存在しない側から実施し、輝度変化量が所
定値を越えた最初のピーク点をエツジ位置とし、
これを基に圧延材の蛇行量を検出するようにして
なることを特徴とする圧延材の蛇行量検出装置。
