Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部を真空状態とし、かつ表面に表面ガス除去
処理が施された金属材を真空雰囲気中で加熱溶融
させて内部ガスを抽出し、定量するガス分析室を
備えた金属材のガス分析装置であつて、 ガス分析室内の下部に回転自在の試料溶融用る
つぼ載置台が設けられ、試料溶融用るつぼ載置台
の上に複数の試料溶融用るつぼが載せられる金属
材中のガス分析装置。
