Claims (1)
- 帯鋼をスパイラル状に巻いて形成した長尺の先
端部側中空帯鋼部材と、それよりも短い基部側中
空帯鋼部材と、環状中間支持金具と、長尺で細径
の発熱体と、同発熱体よりも細径の複数本の温度
計測用熱電対とを有し、上記先端部側中空帯鋼部
材と上記基部側中空帯鋼部材とを上記環状中間支
持金具により一連の状態に連結して、可撓の筒状
加熱装置本帯を構成し、上記発熱体に上記各温度
計測用熱電対をスパイラル状に且つ逆向きに巻き
付けて、同発熱体の軸方向複数個所に線材による
約束により固定し、これらの発熱体と温度計測用
熱電対とを上記加熱装置本体内に収納して、上記
環状中間支持金具の内面に銀ロー付けにより取付
けたことを特徴とする曲管用加熱装置。
