光を照射・露光し、情報の書き込みを行なうよう
にした光デイスクの原盤露光装置において、 上記光デイスク原盤と対物レンズとの間部分で
対物レンズの光軸に直交する光軸を有する検査光
を照射する光源と、 前記対物レンズ側による上記検査光の遮蔽量を
検出するように検査光の光量を検出する光量検出
センサーと、 上記光量検出センサーからの出力を基準値と比
較して光デイスク原盤に対する対物レンズの異常
接近を検出する異常検出回路と、 を備えていることを特徴とする光デイスクの原
盤露光装置。
