Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１ハウジングと、該第１ハウジング内に形成
    される信号圧室と、前記第１ハウジング内に形成
    され該信号圧室とダイアフラムによつて区画され
    る大気圧室と、前記第１ハウジングに固設される
    第２ハウジングと、前記第２ハウジングに形成さ
    れる第１ポート及び第２ポートと、該第１ポート
    と該第２ポートとを連通する連通孔と、一端が該
    連通孔を開閉可能とするバルブ手段を形成し他端
    が前記ダイアフラムに固設されるロツドと、前記
    信号圧室内に配設され前記ダイアフラムを介して
    該ロツドの一端であるバルブ手段が前記第１ハウ
    ジングに固設されたバルブシートに着座する方向
    に付勢する第１スプリング手段とを有する排気ガ
    ス流量制御弁において、 前記信号圧室内に突出したロツドの他端と当接
    するスライダーと、該スライダーの外周面に固着
    されたブラシと、前記スライダーの前記ロツドの
    軸方向の動作をガイドする前記第１ハウジングに
    形成されたスライダーガイドと、前記スライダー
    と該スライダーガイドとの間に配設され前記スラ
    イダーを前記ロツドの他端に付勢する第２スプリ
    ング手段と、前記第１ハウジングに一体成形され
    たベース部材と、該ベース部材の外周上に一体成
    形された絶縁体及びコネクタ端子とを有し、前記
    信号圧室に付与される信号圧により移動する前記
    ロツドと共に移動する前記スライダーに固着され
    たブラシが、前記絶縁体表面に印刷された抵抗体
    上を摺動することにより、前記バルブ手段の移動
    量を電気信号として出力する排気ガス流量制御弁
    。
