装置の平面図、第２図は第１図の２ケの半導体封
止装置を組み合わせた場合の平面図、第３図は従
来の半導体封止装置の斜視図、第４図は第３図の
プリント基板裏面の配線パターンを示す平面図で
ある。 図において、１はＩＣ１、２，４はリード部、
３はＩＣ２、５はプリント基板を示す。なお、図
中、同一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。

止装置を組み合わせた場合の平面図、第３図は従
来の半導体封止装置の斜視図、第４図は第３図の

Claims (1)
- 半導体チツプを収納する半導体封止装置におい
て、半導体封止装置の外部リード出力部の少なく
とも１辺に凸部または凹部を設け、少なくとも２
ケ以上の上記半導体封止装置を組み合わせたこと
を特徴とする半導体封止装置。
