第１図乃至第３図は本考案の一実施例を示すも
のであつて、第１図は高周波加熱装置のブロツク
図、第２図は高周波加熱装置の動作を示すフロー
チヤート、第３図は高周波加熱装置の動作を示す
タイムチヤートである。第４図は従来例を示すも
のであつて、高周波加熱装置の解凍処理動作を示
すタイムチヤートである。 １はマイクロコンピユータ、３は重量センサ、
４は高周波加熱部、５はヒータ加熱部、７はイン
バータ回路、９，１０はリレー回路である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 庫内の食品を高周波加熱する装置とヒータ加熱
    する装置を備え、これら高周波加熱及びヒータ加
    熱をそれぞれ複数の出力に設定することができる
    高周波加熱装置において、 冷凍食品の解凍処理における高周波加熱を複数
    の加熱段階に分割して設定し、各加熱段階ごとに
    その加熱時間の割合を設定し、かつ、各加熱段階
    ごとに後の加熱段階になるほど出力が低下する高
    周波出力を設定する加熱段階設定手段と、庫内に
    収納した冷凍食品の重量を測定する重量測定手段
    と、この重量測定手段で測定した冷凍食品の重量
    に基づいて基準加熱時間を算出すると共に、この
    基準加熱時間に基づいて各加熱段階の加熱時間を
    それぞれの所定の割合に応じて算出する演算手段
    と、各加熱段階を順に所定の高周波出力で、算出
    された加熱時間だけ実行する高周波加熱手段と、
    少なくとも最終の加熱段階の実行時に、低出力の
    ヒータ加熱を加えるヒータ加熱手段とを有するこ
    とを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
