０…取付レール、４１…連通孔、４５…第１ポー
ト、４６…第２ポート、５０…連通路。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 互いに平行なシリンダチユーブとガイドシヤフ
    トの両端に夫々端板を固定し、シリンダチユーブ
    の内部には第１マグネツトを備えたピストンを摺
    動自在に嵌挿し、シリンダチユーブの外部には第
    ２マグネツトを備え、かつ上記ガイドシヤフトに
    よつて案内されるスライダを摺動自在に設け、シ
    リンダチユーブ内のピストンを圧力流体によつて
    摺動させるとスライダが第１、第２マグネツトの
    磁力によつて移動するようにしたマグネツト式ロ
    ツドレスシリンダにおいて、上記両端板の内側に
    検出スイツチを取付可能なアルミニウム材料製の
    取付レールの両端を固定し、その取付レールに圧
    力流体導入用の連通孔を全長に亘つて一体成形し
    、一方の端板にはシリンダチユーブの一方側の圧
    力室に連通する第１ポートと前記連通孔に連通す
    る第２ポートを夫々設け、他方の端板には前記連
    通孔とシリンダチユーブの他方側の圧力室を連通
    させる連通路を設けたことを特徴とするマグネツ
    ト式ロツドレスシリンダ。
