- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ボデイ１，２と、前記ボデイ１，２の内部に
互いに平行に形成された第１および第２シリンダ
室３，４と、前記第１シリンダ室３のストローク
方向一端側に形成され、前記第１シリンダ室３よ
り大径に設定された第３シリンダ室５と、前記第
２シリンダ室４のストローク方向一端側に形成さ
れ、前記第２シリンダ室４より大径に設定された
第４シリンダ室６と、前記第１シリンダ室３内に
配置された第１ピストン９と、前記第２シリンダ
室４内に配置された第２ピストン１０と、前記第
３シリンダ室５内に配置された第３ピストン１１
と、前記第４シリンダ室６内に配置された第４ピ
ストン１２と、前記第１ピストン９の前記第３シ
リンダ室５側に固定または一体成形され、前記第
１シリンダ室３内でストローク可能であるととも
に前記第３シリンダ室５に突出可能な第１ラツク
１３と、前記第２ピストン１０の前記第４シリン
ダ室６側に固定または一体成形され、前記第２シ
リンダ室４内でストローク可能であるとともに前
記第４シリンダ室６に突出可能な第２ラツク１４
と、前記第１および第２シリンダ室３，４の間に
回転自在に配置され、前記第１および第２ラツク
１３，１４と噛合したピニオン２１と、前記ボデ
イ１，２に回転自在に支持され、前記ピニオン２
１に接続された軸２２と、前記第１ないし第４シ
リンダ室３，４，５，６のそれぞれに連通する４
つの圧力ポート２３，２４，２５，２６と、より
なるアクチユエータ。 ２ １つまたは複数のシリンダ室３，４の端壁１
７，１８にピストン９，１０の停止位置を変更す
る調節子１９，２０を設けたことを特徴とする第
１項記載のアクチユエータ。 ３ １つまたは複数のピストンまたはラツクにマ
グネツトを取り付け、ボデイに磁気近接スイツチ
を取り付けたことを特徴とする第１項記載のアク
チユエータ。
