構が適用されるスクータ型自動二輪車の後部を示
す図、第２図は第１図の伝達ケース内の動力伝達
要素を示す要部断面図、第３図は第２図に示した
車速検出機構としての車速検知手段及び該手段を
用いた車速制限機構の全体構成を示す模式図、第
４図は指標としての凸部をクラツチアウタプレー
トの外側端面所定位置に配設した車速検知手段を
示す模式図、第５図は指標として凹部をクラツチ
アウタプレートの外周面所定位置に配設した車速
検知手段を示す模式図、第６図は指標として凹部
をクラツチアウタプレートの外側端面所定位置に
配設した車速検知手段を示す模式図である。 １…パワーユニツト、５…エンジン、６…伝達
ケース（クラツチ収納筐体）、８…駆動軸（クラ
ンク軸）、９…従動軸、１０…ベルトコントロー
ル型変速機、１１…遠心クラツチ、１６…車速検

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 可変伝動装置と車両の駆動軸との間に介在さ
    れたクラツチの出力回転体に設けた指標と、該指
    標に対向してクラツチ収納筐体に固設され、該指
    標を介して該出力回転体の回転速度を検出するパ
    ルサとを備え、該パルサによつて検出された回転
    速度に基づいて車両速度を検出することを特徴と
    する可変伝動装置を備える車両の速度検出機構。 ２ 前記可変伝動装置は、駆動軸プーリと従動軸
    プーリに捲回される無端Ｖ字ベルトから成る無段
    可変伝動装置である請求項１記載の車速検出機構
    。 ３ 請求項１又は２に記載の車速検出機構に、車
    両速度が所定車速以上のとき内燃エンジンの点火
    時期又は燃料供給量を制御することによつて車両
    の速度を所定車速以下に制限する車速制限手段を
    配したことを特徴とする車速制限機構。
