Claims (1)
- パツケージ内のステム上に感圧素子を設け、該
感圧素子取付位置及び該感圧素子をはさんで反対
側の部位対応位置に一組の圧力導入ポートを設け
た差圧用半導体圧力センサにおいて、上記感圧素
子を同一ステム上に複数設け、上記圧力導入ポー
トを上記感圧素子に対応させて複数組設けたこと
を特徴とする差圧用半導体圧力センサ。
