- マイクロ波線路に対して複数の抵抗素子分から
構成される第１の抵抗素子群と前記第１の抵抗素
子群よりλ／４長離して配置した第２の抵抗素子
群を並列に接続し、前記抵抗素子群の後にλ／４
長の５０Ω線路をオープン状態で設けたことを特
徴とする並列型可変減衰器。
