Abstract

PURPOSE:To save manufacturing steps, to eliminate a temporary skin material, and to reduce a cost by disposing a skin material in a predetermined mold, coating the face of the material with an adhesive, then closing a mold, pouring and foaming foamable urethane on the adhesive, and molding integral elastic pad with the material and a foamable layer through the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A surface treated sheet 12 is positioned on the face of a mold 11, and coated with an adhesive 13 by a spray gun 14. The adhesive 13 uses soluble polyimide having high adhering strength to a foamable layer than that of the skin material 12. After it is coated with the adhesive 13, the mold is clamped, foamable urethane is poured and foamed on the adhesive coating face of the material 12 to form a foamable urethane layer 15. Then, the layer 15 is released. The surface of the released layer 15 is transferred with the adhesive 13. Accordingly, the adhesive 13 is utilized to apply a skin material 16 such as cowhide sheet to be layer 15, thereby forming an elastic pad.

The conventional process for manufacturing this type of elastic pad is shown in Figure 3 (
As shown in (a) to (g), 1 is a foam mold made of epoxy resin. First, a temporary skin 2 made of a flexible resin sheet or the like is set on the mold surface of the foam mold 1. Thereafter, urethane as a foaming agent is poured onto the temporary skin 2 and foam molding is performed. After the foam molding, the foamed urethane layer 3 integrated with the temporary skin 2 is released from the mold as shown in FIG. . Next, an appropriate adhesive 4 is applied to the surface of the urethane foam layer 3 using a spray gun 5, and then a previously prepared skin material 6 is pasted onto the surface of the urethane foam layer 3 via the adhesive 4. This is an elastic pad product (see Figure 3 (G)).

However, elastic pads manufactured using conventional methods such as this
Since the temporary skin 2 is used, a process of setting the temporary skin 2 into the mold 1 and a peeling process of peeling off the temporary skin 2 from the foamed urethane layer 3 are necessary. There was a problem in that the production cost of the product increased due to the waste caused by discarding the product.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made by focusing on the problems caused by the conventional manufacturing method, and in particular, the present invention aims to improve economic efficiency by omitting the use of a temporary skin. That is, within a given mold,
After positioning the skin material, an adhesive is applied to the surface of the skin material, and after the mold is closed, foamable urethane is injected and foamed onto the adhesive, and the skin material and the foam layer are connected to each other through the adhesive. The purpose is to mold an integrated elastic pad. Therefore, the elastic pad manufactured by this manufacturing method has the effect of saving labor in the manufacturing process and not using a temporary skin material, thereby making it possible to obtain an elastic pad at a low cost.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention provides the adhesive layer 13 on the mold surface of the foaming mold 11, which has a higher adhesive strength with the foamed elastic body than with the mold surface, An elastic foaming agent layer 15 is foam-molded on the surface of this adhesive layer 13, and then this elastic foaming agent layer 15 is released from the mold together with the adhesive layer 13, and the surface of the released elastic foaming agent layer 15 is This is a method of manufacturing an elastic pad in which a skin material 16 prepared in advance is adhered to the adhesive layer 13. According to the method of manufacturing the elastic pad of the secondary lever, the use of a temporary skin material can be omitted, and furthermore, the manufacturing process can be reduced, so that an elastic pad can be obtained at low production cost.
