付した符号の説明を記述する。 １は基板の表の導体配線と裏の導体配線を接続
するスルーホール、２は片面のみベアチツプが搭
載されているガラスエポキシ基板、３は半導体Ｉ
Ｃペレツト（裸チツプ）、４，１４は枠、５はプ
リコート材として枠内充填した樹脂、６は基板の
両面に配線されている導体配線、７はリード端子
。

- スルーホールを有し、両面に配線パターンのあ
るガラスエポキシ基板の表面上に半導体ＩＣペレ
ツトを搭載した混成集積回路装置において、前記
半導体ＩＣペレツトが搭載されていない基板裏面
にも樹脂をコーテイングしたことを特徴とする混
成集積回路装置。
