- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 装置本体内の調理室に着脱自在に装着されたパ
ン原料収納容器と、前記容器の底部に回転自在に
配設された混練翼と、前記本体内にそれぞれ設け
られた前記混練翼の回転用モータ及び前記容器の
加熱用ヒータと、前記モータ及び前記ヒータを制
御し前記容器内のパン原料の混練、発酵、焼成の
各工程の処理を行なう制御部とを備えたパン製造
装置において、 前記容器の周壁に形成された透孔と、 前記透孔の外側の周縁部に装着されたケースと
、 前記ケースを貫通し基部が前記ケース外に位置
し先端部が前記透孔から前記容器内に出没自在に
設けられたこね棒と、 前記ケース内の前記こね棒に固着された係止体
と、 前記係止体と前記周縁部との間に設けられたば
ねと、 前記係止体又は前記周縁部に設けられた発酵工
程の温度と焼成工程の温度の間にキユリー点を有
し、前記基部の押圧により前記ばねに抗して前記
周縁部又は前記係止体に吸着し、発酵工程から焼
成工程への前記キユリー点以上の温度上昇により
離脱する磁石と を備えたパン製造装置。
