  1. 金属キヤツプ中央部に凸レンズを有し、金属キ
    ヤツプの下部がステムに固着された光半導体素子
    容器において、前記金属キヤツプの胴部が直径４
    mm以下でかつステムはベース部分が１〜１．５mm
    の厚みを有することを特徴とする光半導体素子容
    器。
