Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電子回路素子のそれぞれを所定位置に装着
し、それぞれの電子回路素子を電気的に接続して
電子回路を構成した電子回路基板の表面に絶縁薄
膜を形成したあと、この絶縁薄膜の表面に静電及
び電磁シールド可能な導電性シールド薄膜を形成
し、この導電性シールド薄膜を前記電子回路基板
に形成されたアースラインに接続したことを特徴
とするシールド付き電子回路基板。 (2) 前記導電性シールド薄膜を金属蒸着膜とし
たことを特徴とする請求項第１項記載のシールド
付き電子回路基板。
