Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 洗浄槽内の洗浄液に超音波振動子から超音
波を与え、前記洗浄液に浸漬された被洗浄物を洗
浄する超音波洗浄器において、前記洗浄槽に共振
周波数の異なる複数個の超音波振動子を固着し、
前記超音波振動子をそれぞれの共振周波数の発振
器で励振駆動するように構成したことを特徴とす
る超音波洗浄器。 (2) 前記洗浄槽の底部に、共振周波数の異なる
複数個の超音波振動子を重ねて接着剤で貼り合せ
て固着したことを特徴とする請求項１記載の超音
波洗浄器。 (3) 前記超音波振動子が圧電形振動子であるこ
とを特徴とする請求項１または２記載の超音波洗
浄器。
