Claims (1)
- コンベア２のハンガ３に設けられた集電子を集
電レールに摺接させて、当該ハンガ３に載せて電
着槽１内の電着塗料液中に浸漬された被塗装物５
に通電することにより、当該被塗装物５の表面に
電着塗膜を形成する電着塗装装置において、被塗
装物５の種類又は大きさに合わせて通電量を異に
する複数本の集電レールＲ１〜Ｒ４が並行に架設
されると共に、前記ハンガ３には、前記集電レー
ルＲ１〜Ｒ４の中から被塗装物５の通電量に適合
した集電レールを選択して摺接する集電子８が設
けられていることを特徴とする電着塗装装置。
