Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 被処理材６のセツト部３６，３７を有し且つ
    このセツト部３６，３７に被処理材６をクランプ
    機構３８にて拘束保持する搬送キヤリア３０と、 熱処理炉１内に沿つて上記搬送キヤリア３０を
    搬送する駆動搬送手段３０とを備え、 上記クランプ機構３８は少なくとも可動部４２
    が形状記憶素材からなるクランプ部材３９を有し
    、前記可動部４２には、クランプ部材３９が熱処
    理炉１外の通常環境温度でアンクランプ位置に設
    定されると共に前記通常環境温度と熱処理炉１内
    の処理温度との中間温度でクランプ位置に設定さ
    れる形状変化特性を付与したことを特徴とする熱
    処理炉の搬送装置。 ２ 請求項１記載のものにおいて、上記クランプ
    部材３９は、通常環境温度に近い温度でクランプ
    位置に設定される仮保持用クランプ部材３９ａと
    、処理温度に近い温度でクランプ位置に設定され
    る本保持用クランプ部材３９ｂとからなることを
    特徴とする熱処理炉の搬送装置。 ３ 請求項１若しくは２記載のものにおいて、熱
    処理炉１内の雰囲気を利用してクランプ部材３９
    の全部若しくは一部をクランプ位置に設定するよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする熱処理炉の搬送装置。
